Send us your VIN with checkout. We verify fitment before the package leaves our warehouse.

No call centres. Email a photo and order number to start a warranty claim — replacement ships within 48 hours.

Warranty terms in plain English

  1. 1. Eligible parts. All genuine Audi and OEM (Bosch, Brembo, ZF, Sachs, Mahle, Continental) parts. Refurbished parts marked with the "OEM Reman" badge included.
  2. 2. Excluded parts. Consumables (oil, fluids), parts marked "Used — As Is", and damage caused by incorrect installation or accident.
  3. 3. How to claim. Email audisparepartsandaccessoriesfo@gmail.com with order number, VIN and a photo. We reply within one business day.
  4. 4. Resolution. Confirmed defects are resolved by free replacement (default) or full refund. Return shipping covered by us for warranty claims.
  5. 5. Jurisdiction. Statutory consumer rights in your country apply on top of this warranty — they are not replaced by it.
